Expression of Interest Form

No matter your level, we would be glad to welcome you to our club!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in Swindon Reds Volleyball Club! Before proceeding, please review the terms below, which explain the process for joining the club and the conditions of attending a free trial session.

1. Expression of Interest Form

By completing this initial online form, you are expressing your interest in joining Swindon Reds Volleyball Club. Please note that this form is not a registration form, and completing it does not make you a registered member of the club.

2. Free Trial Session

After submitting this form, you may be invited to participate in a free trial session to experience our training environment and meet the team. This session is provided at no cost to you and comes with no commitment to join.

3. Trial Session Conditions

At the trial session, you are not considered a registered member of Swindon Reds Volleyball Club. As such, you are not covered under Volleyball England’s insurance policies for personal accident, public liability, or third-party liability. By attending, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that Swindon Reds Volleyball Club, its coaches, and its members are not liable for any injury, accident, or other incident that may occur. You agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and any incidents during the session.

4. Next Steps: Onboarding and Registration

If, after the trial, you decide to join Swindon Reds Volleyball Club, you will receive an onboarding pack that includes the following documents:

  • Code of Conduct: Club expectations and values

  • Club Constitution: Governance structure and member rights

  • Letter of Fees: Details of membership fees

  • Complaints Procedure: Steps for resolving any issues or disputes

You will need to complete a separate Joining Form to officially register with the club.

5. Becoming a Registered Member

Once the Joining Form is submitted and you have agreed to the club’s Code of Conduct, Constitution, and other policies outlined in the onboarding pack, you will be considered a provisional club member. To complete your membership and become an active player, you must register with Volleyball England. This registration provides essential insurance coverage for:

  • Personal Accident Insurance

  • Public and Third-Party Liability Insurance

Note: Full membership and participation in official matches and events require this Volleyball England registration to ensure coverage and liability protections for both you and the club.

6. Acknowledgment and Consent

By completing this Expression of Interest Form and attending a free trial session, you acknowledge the terms outlined above. You understand that, until you complete the full registration process, you are not covered by the club’s or Volleyball England’s insurance and that you participate in trial activities at your own risk.
